3. Just completed the updated & revised Edition to Piggy Bank Your Home: Tap Into The Power of Reverse Mortgages which has aslo also translated into Spanish.

4. Interviewed by  - Deal Flow Media's  Reverse Mortgage Report.

5. Accepted position on the National Reverse Mortgage Lenders Association's Exam Review Task force for the Certified Reverse Mortgage Professional designation.
